The table below contains a brief summary of all public OCC investigations currently available on the OCC’s website. These public investigations do not include OCC matters that terminated in the preliminary review phase, or that were referred to the Committee on Ethics for dismissal where the Committee accepted the dismissal recommendation by majority vote.
