Indhira Benitez serves as Deputy Chief Counsel at the Office of Congressional Conduct ("OCC"). Prior to the OCC, she was an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, where she handled complex reviews and investigations of federal employee disclosures concerning criminal and administrative misconduct.
